Hi, I’m Tori, the founder of Sleep Guide Review and someone who knows firsthand how hard it is to get real rest when your mind never seems to slow down.
I created this site after going through my own season of burnout. Between running businesses, raising kids, and trying to be everything for everyone, I found myself completely exhausted but still unable to sleep.
My mind raced through to-do lists, worries, and “what-ifs” long after the lights went out. I tried cutting caffeine, playing white noise, even going to bed earlier but nothing really worked until I slowed down, created calming routines, and gave myself permission to rest.
That’s what this site is all about – helping overwhelmed women like you reclaim your rest, reset your routines, and rediscover energy one calming step at a time.
